Bust a Move!

For 3 years Melissa Krulick, owner of Fred Astaire Dance Studio Ottawa had the privilege of being the Fitness Chair for this amazing fundraiser for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. With Melissa's Mom being a Breast Cancer Survivor, it was truly a cause close to her heart. It was pure joy to bring a fun-filled, fantastic, energetic and fun day of working out to over 250 participants year after year!!  It was a pleasure to work with Jesse Palmer to develop a great workout.  It was definitely a career highlight for Melissa to choreograph and perform a Cha Cha with Derek Hough at the opening ceremonies in 2014.

Viennese Winter Ball

For 18 years the teachers at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio Ottawa volunteered their time to teach the young dancers to perform at the ball.  It was an honor and privilege to work with the talented youth of Ottawa for so many years. We are so grateful for the experience and proud of how the debutantes and cavaliers represented the youth of Ottawa!

Dancing With Easter Seals Stars

Fred Astaire Dance Studio Ottawa was honored to have a 5 year partnership with Easter Seals Ontario to bring you this fabulous charity event. The studio donated time to teach local celebrities dances that would be performed at their Fundraiser.  This was a gala event where people voted for their favorite performance  and judges would score each routine.  Always a blast to work with such fantastic people for a great cause!
